How soon will I receive my order?

All orders are made to print. We do not print anything until they are ordered and payment has gone through. Minis and busts are printed within 5 to 7 business days of the order and shipping will be dependent upon your location. Figurines can take up to 2 to 3 weeks to print and get ready for shipping.

Australia: 3 to 10 business days after print completed

New Zealand: 10 to 15 business days after print completed

The above are approximations and delays can occur.

Can I get a custom print?

Our custom print requests are currently closed.

My print arrived damaged what do I do?

As per our store policy, email us to let us know that your miniature has arrived damaged and provide some pictures so we can see what has happened. We can then discuss further about a reprint or refund if applicable.

Will my print arrive assembled?

No. All prints are sent in parts to avoid damage. You will need to assemble your own minis, busts and figurines.

What printer do you use?

Our resin printer is an ELEGOO Saturn 4 Ultra 12K and our FDM printer is an Ender 3.
